Overview
Maintenance Specialist Role and Responsibilities
Complete monthly safety inspections on facilities
Clear the sidewalks and parking lot of ice and snow
Participate in an emergency on-call rotation
Repair and paint walls/ceilings as needed
Repair doors and windows as needed
Assist in moving furniture and other items as needed
Assisting with vehicle maintenance
Complete electrical and/or plumbing tasks as needed
Maintenance Specialist Qualifications and Education Requirements
HS Diploma / GED
Certification in Electrical work or Plumbing work
Experience with light repairs and drywall/painting
