Overview
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Veterinary Practice Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient practice management, and maintain the highest standards of patient care and client service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures; oversee billing, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
• Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement standard operating procedures to optimize daily operations; ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate medical records.
• Client Relations: Enhance client satisfaction through effective communication and service strategies; address client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Marketing & Business Development: Collaborate on marketing initiatives to promote clinic services; analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Facility & Equipment Management: Ensure the clinic’s facilities are well-maintained and meet cleanliness standards; oversee the maintenance and procurement of medical equipment and supplies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, veterinary technology, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in veterinary practice management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with veterinary practice management software
