Overview
A Fort Worth, TX family is looking for a full-time Maintenance Tech for their private estate. The candidate should have a strong skillset in HVAC and/or appliance repair but also be multi-dimensional in the areas of general mechanics, electrics and plumbing and willing to be able to perform any task required in a busy estate. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, plus full-time benefits, with chances for substantial pay increases over time.
Responsibilities will include:
- Being very hands-on. You will trouble-shoot, diagnose and fix problems.
- Maintaining and repairing mechanical aspects of the estate, including very high-end appliances, gas, electrics, plumbing, HVAC, security systems, video surveillance, pool equipment and fountain equipment.
- Following checklists – every employee and every activity has a checklist and a procedure. You must be detail oriented and enjoy following checklists as a part of getting the job done.
- On-site working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and occasional after-hours/ weekend work as needed.
- Carrying a smart phone for after-hours service calls
The successful candidate will:
- Have or be in pursuit of a license in related fields.
- Be flexible, energetic, stable, and responsible.
- Be willing to commit to this job for a minimum of 3 years.
