Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED required; further education or technical training preferred.

Must obtain CRCST Certification within 90 or 120 days of employment; being a CST is a plus.

Strong customer service skills.

Availability for 24/7 hospital coverage on a rotational basis, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.

A proven track record of leadership, effective communication, and team collaboration.
