We are currently accepting applications for exciting opportunities to work on our latest airport tramway at the Miami International Airport. The ideal candidate will have experience with PLC’s, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, electrical or mechanical systems and be willing to relocate to the Miami, Florida region.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (to include, but not limited to)

  • Performs maintenance including cleaning of working areas
  • Conduct tests and periodic inspections.
  • Follows operating rules (SOP’s Standard Operating Procedures), policies and regulations
  • Monitors the tram and follows up with inspections and alarm indicators (i.e. listen for abnormal noises etc.)
  • In the event of breakdowns: diagnose the problem, fix and repair as needed.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Mechanical Knowledge: 1 year (Required)
• Overnight Shift 10pm to 6 am (Required)
• English Proficiency (Required)
• US work authorization (Required)
• Previous APM, ski lift or tram experience
• Proven mechanical aptitude or electrical experience
• Ability to read prints, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair electric and mechanical machinery
• Previous technical experience with PLC’s, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, mechanical or electrical
• Previous automated people mover, ski lift, tram, subway

Required Education Level : High School Diploma or Equivalent
