Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Manager to join the team at our brand new store in Scottsdale Quarters. As a Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers and employees, representing the Gabriela Ceballos brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Pay: $20 Hourly Rate + Commission
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- creation of schedules for employees
- reporting of store conditions to regional managers
- dealing with customer issues that retail associates may not be able to handle
- higher level familiarity with brand (can be trained on this)
- ability to work on weekends (Wednesday-Sunday if possible)
- minimum one year experience as a retail manager or related field
