We’re currently seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Brooklyn, NY.Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
Process orders, forms, and applications accurately and promptly.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and promotions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Record customer interactions and feedback to help improve service quality.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Occasional weekends or evenings depending on business needs.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is an advantage.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
