Overview
Position: Direct Service Provider at small residential facilities, working with adults with developmental disabilities.
We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team! In this position you will have the opportunity to work with clients placed by the Regional Center. You will provide direct caregiving, while empowering them to lead fulfilling and independent lives. Your role is to provide personalized care, guidance and emotional support to navigate their daily activities and achieve their personal goals.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of the fundamentals of caregiving, an ability to provide daily care and supervision to clients. Ability to be a team player in order to work effectively with other staff to support the needs of the clients.
