Overview
We’re seeking a motivated and compassionate team member to take on a dual role as Veterinary Practice Manager / Veterinary Assistant. This position offers the opportunity to provide hands-on patient care while also supporting the daily operations of the hospital.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting veterinarians and technicians during examinations, treatments, and procedures
Handling and caring for patients safely and compassionately
Supporting client communication and ensuring excellent service
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of treatment and hospital areas
Overseeing daily hospital operations, including scheduling, workflow, and staff support
Assisting with administrative and financial responsibilities as needed
Promoting a positive, team-oriented work environment
Previous veterinary or medical office experience required
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Passion for delivering high-quality patient and client care
