Bean Blossom Animal Clinic is a full-service veterinary small animal practice located 5 miles north of Nashville, Indiana, in beautiful Brown County,  focused on providing the best possible medical care, surgical care and dental care for our highly-valued patients. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Bean Blossom Animal Clinic is currently looking to add a veterinary receptionist to our team. 1+ years’ experience preferred. Duties include but not limited to: greeting and signing clients in, scheduling appointments, answering phones, faxes and emails, processing lab results into client records and invoicing. Knowledge of Intravet software is a plus. This is a full time position (30-35 hours per week). Weekday shifts are 8am-6pm. Must be available on Saturdays (8am-Noon) per month. We are closed on Sundays.

We’re looking for:

Experienced Receptionist with a minimum of 1-year veterinary experience preferred
Compassionate, Calm, Team Player, Multi-Tasker and Strong Communicator
Highly organized and possess computer skills
Self-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset.
