Shepherd’s Staff In Home Care is unlike any other agency in Frederick. We value and appreciate our employees and show it thru incentives, a mentoring program, monthly recognition, caregiver socials and client introductions.
We are seeking committed caregivers willing to care for clients in their own homes. Caregivers may helo with personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting and transferring clients, as well as meal preparation transportation, light housekeeping and companionship.
We offer competitive pay, PLUS differential pay rates for weekends and other specific situations.
Path to Advancement – Get specialized training that leads to higher pay.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Clear background check, drug test, and driving record
Ability to lift 25 lbs., bend, and stand for several hours
Willingness to attend clients throughout Frederick County
Experience in providing personal care (or willingness to learn)
Willingness to obtain CPR certification within 2 weeks of hire (training provided)
