Overview

  • We are a fast-paced veterinary hospital looking for the right veterinary assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, a hard worker, a team player, skilled in all areas of the veterinary field, and who works well with the public. Must have excellent phone skills and be able to work under pressure.
  • This position is open for full-time or part-time applicants with no weekend hours! We pride ourselves on the quality of care we offer our patients and the level of education we provide to our clients. We strive to foster a healthy work culture and work-life balance.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Dog/cat restraint, basic understanding of veterinary medical terms/vaccines/medications/procedures, venipuncture, laboratory sample handling and processing, customer service skills, computer skills

Required Education Level : High School Diploma or Equivalent
