Description:  Approximately 12 months formal mechanic training or work experience required to be successful in the position.

  • The Remanufacturing Technician will safely perform disassembly, clean, requalification, rework and assembly operations on Traction Motor Combo components utilizing manual and automated equipment in accordance with quality procedures.
  • Inspect work completed on components to internal inspection criteria for compliance to quality or engineering requirements.  Responsible to perform work in a safe manor in support of lean manufacturing principals such as but not limited to 5s or single piece flow to required takt time.
  • In some cases, you may have to perform special process such as welding or non-destructive testing which will require on the job special process training or certification.

1st Shift: Monday to Friday 5:30am – 2:00pm

2nd Shift: Monday to Friday 1:30pm to 10:00pm

$21.50 starting hourly pay

Automatic increases annually

$1000 taxable signing bonus paid out 30 days of employment (with contingent 2-year commitment)

$500 taxable employee referral bonus (uncapped) for each referral that gets hired and makes it through probationary period.
