What We’re Looking For:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Nursing Manager (RVT) to lead our team of technicians and veterinary assistants. This individual will bring leadership experience, clinical excellence, and a genuine passion for mentorship and team building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on leadership to our nursing staff, cultivating a culture of excellence, teamwork, and support
    Ensure the highest standard of patient care and client communication
  • Collaborate closely with our doctors and leadership team to maintain protocols, guide training efforts, and help the department achieve its goals
  • Uphold a professional and compassionate approach in all interactions

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Veterinary Technician license in the state of California
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a veterinary hospital; ER or specialty experience strongly preferred
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience highly desirable

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $34–$45, based on experience and qualifications
  • Sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 for experienced RVTs

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Active CA Registered Veterinary Technician
• 2 years experience
• Specialty/ER preferred
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
