Are you a dynamic leader ready to take charge of a privately owned, multi-doctor small animal practice in Northwestern Los Angeles County? We’re looking for a proactive and compassionate Veterinary Practice Manager to drive our team to new heights!

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily operations in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team of veterinary professionals
  • Streamline practice workflows and ensure exceptional client care
  • Collaborate with doctors and staff to optimize service delivery
  • Manage budgets, scheduling, and resource allocation effectively
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that values open communication and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

  • Demonstrated Leadership: Strong people skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team
  • Veterinary Practice Experience: Preferred, but not required – exceptional management skills from other industries are welcome
  • Organizational Excellence: Outstanding time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Adaptability & Communication: Ability to manage change and maintain clear, transparent communication
  • Passion for Animal Care: A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding veterinary services
