VCA Veterinary Specialists of Northern Colorado is seeking an experienced Certified Veterinary Technician to join the Emergency /CC Team at our AAHA-accredited, 24-hour emergency/specialty referral practice located in beautiful Loveland, Colorado.

We are a well established and growing, AAHA accredited, 24-7 emergency and specialty referral hospital serving the front range of the Rocky Mountains in beautiful Loveland, Colorado since 2000. We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality medicine, meticulous patient care, and compassionate, client-centered customer service at all times – day and night. VSNC is an attractive, modern facility overlooking the Rocky Mountains.

The hospital is fully equipped with an in-house laboratory, advanced patient monitoring equipment, digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, laparoscopy, on-site CT scanner, rehabilitation services, and on-site MRI.

We have a very busy and well-established hospital looking for knowledgeable, energetic, and passionate technicians to help us provide our clients with a high touch and great experience. Our team is the backbone of our hospital and without everyone’s skills, knowledge and fun-loving personalities we can’t succeed.

Our E/CC technicians are responsible for the care and triaging of those emergent and critical cases. You’ll be involved in a variety of cases ranging from basic nursing care to advanced/critical care of our patients. This includes but is not limited to: triaging patients, administering treatments, anesthesia/sedation client communication, radiographs, and CPR.

We’re a teaching hospital and we want to train the best and the brightest for our future. VCA offers a VTS program and Penn Foster scholarships to those interested.

The range for this position is $21.00-$25.00/h and we offer a $4/hr. shift differential for our overnight technicians. Overnight shifts will be required for this position.
