Overview
Assist customers in selecting the perfect eyewear to fit their needs and style preferences
Provide expert advice on lens options, coatings, and other enhancements to meet the customer’s vision needs
Perform accurate and efficient eyeglass fittings and measurements, ensuring that the customer’s glasses fit comfortably and securely
Verify and interpret prescriptions, and consult with the customer’s eye doctor when necessary
Supervise the operation of our in-house lab, ensuring that all glasses are produced to the highest quality standards and in a timely and efficient manner
Work with lab technicians to ensure that all machines and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated
Manage inventory of lenses and other lab supplies, and order supplies as needed.
Collaborate with the store’s sales team to meet sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Provide exceptional customer service at all times, and ensure that customer satisfaction is always a top priority
Train & manage optician apprentice in store
- New Jersey State licensed optician
- 2+ years experience as an optician
