Senatobia Animal Hospital is a well-established, progressive, fast paced 2 doctor small animal practice located in Senatobia, Mississippi. We offer many services to provide the best comprehensive care to our patients including Preventative Care, Surgery, Urgent Care, High Speed Dentistry, In-House Diagnostics, Medical and/or Vacation Boarding and grooming.

Senatobia Animal Hospital is located in Tate County, Mississippi. The proximity to Memphis allows for easy commute to Memphis, Tennessee.  Tate County has both public and private school options, making it an ideal area to raise a family! Popular activities in the area include fishing, hunting, boating, outdoors, water skiing, etc. Senatobia is a wonderful place to enjoy a healthy and active work-life balance and the climate allows for outdoor activities 10 months out of the year.
Job Description
Join a supportive team in a high-end, modern environment. Pet Groomers will perform top quality grooms in a timely manner. Groomers should have current grooming experience and be able to consistently provide pups and parents with a high level of gentle and professional care. Job duties may include but not limited to:

Clean the dog’s teeth
Maintain an upbeat attitude
Calm an anxious dog
Ensure company policies are being followed
Communicate effectively with clients to find out what they need
Shampoo and wash a dog’s hair or fur
Create a welcoming environment for dogs and their owners
Cut or shave a dog’s hair or fur
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Proficient at Grooming
Ability to lift dogs that weigh up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in a professional manner
Calming presence to pets
Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
Great communication skills
Ability to work on a team
