Overview
We are looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT with leadership experience to step into the role of Technician Manager. This position is ideal for a positive, motivated and servant-leadership-minded LVT who enjoys supporting, training and mentoring others while staying hands-on in patient care.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Be a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) with 3+ years of experience (open to less for the right person)
· Bring prior leadership, supervisor, or management experience
· Be comfortable mentoring and training technicians hands-on
· Possess strong people management and problem-solving skills
· Have the ability to create schedules, run evaluations, and lead quarterly check-ins
· Demonstrate excellent communication and the ability to have constructive conversations
