Patient Support Services Representative
Duration: Possible Temp to hire
Hours: Must be able to work between the hours of 8am-8pm
Monday through Friday 1 ROTATING WEEKEND A MONTH
Training: Two weeks from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Afterwards, will receive new shift hours.
Call Center position.
This is a critical position requiring excellent customer interaction skills. Individual is expected to enhance customer satisfaction by responding to incoming phone calls, and placing outgoing calls to others in the organization as assigned. Individuals in this position will be the primary point of contact for customers calling to enroll in company service programs, placing orders, checking on the status of an order.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication skills
Good data entry skills
Basic knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook
Flexible with work schedule
Minimum High School Diploma or GED
