PriorityPet Urgent Care fills the space between routine appointments and the emergency room, providing walk-in care for urgent, non-life-threatening needs when many primary practices are closed. Open seven days a week with evening and weekend hours, our Germantown hospital was designed around modern urgent care. You will work with in-house laboratory capabilities, digital radiology, ultrasound, and advanced surgical suites in a brand-new facility. Just as important, you will join a compassionate, collaborative veterinary team that shares information, jumps in for one another, and treats every pet as family. Clients describe the practice as a welcome resource for the community, and our team as attentive, timely, and compassionate.
We’re looking to hire the most compassionate, experienced, and qualified support staff to ensure the highest quality of medicine is provided. Our new building and state of the art equipment provides our team the space and tools they’ll need to deliver the best in service and medicine for our community!

Job Description
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Maintain the visual appeal or the hospital reception area, greet and welcome clients and patients, answer questions and triage client concerns, answer calls or emails and direct to the appropriate party for resolution, schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow, check in and check out clients and process payments. Our receptionists offer friendly emotional support in a compassionate and discreet manner during times of need to our clients and must be comfortable with various medical outcomes.
Must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises. May be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste and potentially contagious diseases.

Qualifications
We’re looking for:
Experienced Receptionist with a minimum of 1-year veterinary experience preferred
Compassionate and calm team player
Ability to multi-task
Strong communication skills
Highly organized and possess computer skills
Self-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset.
Additional information
Pay Range: $15 – $18/hr. depending on level of experience
