Overview
Palm Beach Equine Clinic is seeking an Equine Hospital Technician. We are a large equine facility that operates 24 hours a day/365 days per year. Hospital staff members typically work 4 days a week/10 hour shifts with frequent overtime. Shifts will include weekends and holidays.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Highly experienced and knowledgeable in horse care and handling.
Attention to detail
Minimum 3 years equine experience
Perform physical exams, labwork, administer treatments, assist doctors, etc.
Maintain a clean, sanitized hospital environment
Basic computer skills
Punctual, hardworking, flexible and team oriented
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for long period of time
