Oak View Animal Clinic is a well-established, progressive, fast paced 3 doctor mixed animal practice located in Northwest Arkansas. We offer many services to provide the best comprehensive care to our patients including Preventative Care, Surgery, High Speed Dentistry, In-House Diagnostics, CR full body and digital dental radiology, Medical and/or Vacation Boarding and more.
Our staff is made up of friendly, caring, well trained professionals. Our receptionists will greet you personally and pleasantly, and our licensed veterinary technicians can educate you on topics such as bandage care and diabetic management. The highly trained doctors at Oak View Animal Clinic are dedicated to providing the best medical and surgical care for your beloved pets. Many of our staff members have been working with us for many years and as a team, we strive to make your experience at Oak View Animal Clinic as comfortable and comforting as possible.
Oak View Animal Clinic is located in NWA city of Pea Ridge. The proximity to Bentonville allows for easy commute to Wal-Mart Home Office. Pea Ridge public schools are highly progressive, making it an ideal area to raise a family! Popular activities in the area include Bike trails, hiking, lakes, Crystal Bridges Museum, The Amazeum for kids, numerous parks, and trails. We are very close to the AMP which hosts concerts of many popular artist. There are several state parks within a short driving distance that provide amazing views for hiking, fishing, camping or just relaxing. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Maintain the visual appeal or the hospital reception area, greet and welcome clients and patients, answer questions and triage client concerns, answer calls or emails and direct to the appropriate party for resolution, schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow, check in and check out clients and process payments. Our receptionists offer friendly emotional support in a compassionate and discreet manner during times of need to our clients and must be comfortable with various medical outcomes.
Must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises. May be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste and potentially contagious diseases.

We’re looking for:
Experienced Receptionist with a minimum of 1-year veterinary experience
Compassionate, Calm, Team Player, Multi-Tasker and Strong Communicator
Highly organized and possess computer skills
Self-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset.
