Most people interested in working in the veterinary profession love animals, we do too! More importantly, we love people! The best candidate for this position will know that they can best help pets by helping their humans.
Ideal candidates will come equipped with small-animal medical knowledge and handling skills, as well as the ability and interest in working directly with their pet parents.
We offer a 4-day work week, no nights, *almost* no weekends (rotating kennel shift about once every other month paid as time and a half)!

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Perform diagnostic tests and X-rays
Prepare animals and instruments for surgery
Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments
Administer anesthesia and assist during medical procedures
Provide emergency first aid or general nursing care
Collect and record animal case histories
Observe and report on the behavior and condition of animals
Educate animal owners on care
Restrain animals for examination or treatment
