Looking for a Full time veterinary Technician in a rural city in southern Nevada! Only 1 and 1/2 hours away from Las Vegas and 45 minutes from St.George, Utah. This position does offer benefits such as 401k, Dental/vision/Health insurance, paid CE, PTO, and discount for pet care! Our city is growing very quick due to the two most popular cities near by, but still has the small town feeling with clients knowing the staff for long term! You’ll always have favorite patients come in to put a smile on your face and the clients enjoy knowing the staff and have great conversations with them! Never have a dull day at work again if you join our team! Pay is hourly and varies depending on your experience. We are open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Abilities to do dentals, speak to clients in examination rooms, prepare and assist with surgeries, background with radiographs (dental and general), knowledge in nutrition, multi-task writing up records on paper and some electronic. Be comfortable with dogs, cats, and some birds.
