You’ll work closely with our techs and veterinarians while learning clinic flow, medications, client communication, scheduling, and more — all skills that support your future vet tech career. 🩺💙

What You’ll Do:
✨ Greet clients & assist with check-ins
✨ Answer phones/texts and schedule appointments
✨ Learn common meds & terminology
✨ Help with client communication and education
✨ Be part of a team that values kindness, learning, and great care

Provide customer service such as greeting customers, answering questions, processing incoming patients, and handling payments.
Answer phone calls/texts and be of a ready resource for any questions asked.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail/email.
Schedule appointments.
Understand common medications and veterinary practices.
Accurately process credit card payments in person and over the phone.
Retrieve prescriptions by following the veterinarian's orders.
Assist technicians in restraint.
