We are a 5 doctor 2 clinic group located in the Omaha, Nebraska area. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized veterinary care in a family atmosphere. Our entire team is passionate about pet wellness and dedicated to the families that we serve. We currently have an open position for a full time or part time Customer Service Representative with the ability to fill other positions around the clinic as needed.

Customer Service Representatives are the first line of contact for our clients. Your professional demeanor and communications skills represent the quality of care our hospital provides. We pride ourselves on offering concierge level service.

This position offers a unique opportunity to market and impact our pet parent families. We rely on our team to have expert knowledge about the care options we offer and the ability to discuss those services with enthusiasm, influence and confidence.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, has a strong drive to learn, eager to be hands on and thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Reception: Answering the phone, making & changing appointments, following up with clients on vaccinations, medications, flea/tick/heartworm compliance. Taking new client information, entering into the database.

Hospital: General cleaning of public and employee areas to maintain clean, odor-free, and attractive environment. Housekeeping and laundry duties for all areas. Checks patient medical records, using Impromed, for vaccine and medical history, computer, and file entries. Takes medical histories and vital signs of patients.

Public Relations: Professional, cheerful, and helpful attitude when contacting pet owners. Educate clients regarding hospitalized patients from admission to discharge, knowledge of patient files, vaccine schedules, parasite control, record keeping and filing, and other front desk procedures.  Great customer service skills are a must.

Basic computer skills to facilitate appointment booking and record maintenance
Ability to collaborate with all levels of our team, including Veterinarians, Licensed Veterinary Technicians
Calm personality under pressure with a flexible demeanor and communication skills
