Looking for a talented vet tech (FT or PT) to join our team! We are a small animal hospital in a charming setting on the banks of the DuPage River in Naperville, IL. We have educated clientele, a dedicated staff, and exceptional equipment (endoscopy, digital radiographs, ultrasound, in-house lab, and more). We have traditional hours (M-F 8-6, Sat 8-12p) with no emergency hours; we are locally owned and have been at our location for 50 years! We would love to welcome you to our team! Please apply only if you are friendly, empathetic, have a strong work ethic, are punctual, and can work well with other team members! Must be able to lift 40#. Candidates should be able to run labwork (bloodwork, urinalyses, ear cytologies, etc.) (or should be able & want to learn quickly) and also be able to help place IV catheters, monitor anesthetized patients, prep and intubate patients, help with appointments, etc. Experience with animal restraint and vet tech skills is necessary. Schedule is negotiable as we can adjust current schedules somewhat. Full time employees typically work 4 weekdays and rotating Saturdays.
