The Community Cat Clinic soon opening in Woodstock, GA is building a team of committed veterinary professionals to provide feline-only care. We intend to maximize the skills and capabilities of Licensed Veterinary Technicians to provide affordable feline care. This is an opportunity for Licensed Veterinary Technicians to perform the type of work they are trained for!

Our mission is to increase access to veterinary care for all feline families and provide a high quality of life and work/life balance for our team members.

Our LVTs will be the primary care provider working as a team with highly qualified feline-focused veterinarians utilizing fear-free protocols to provide high-quality care. Our philosophy includes providing needed community services such as affordable spay/neuter programs. We are looking for highly knowledgeable LVTs that share our educational focus and can educate our clients about their feline family members during our typical 50-minute appointments.

This position allows for LVTs to utilize their expertise in education, surgery, dentistry, radioiodine therapy treatment, and overall quality patient care. We believe strongly in continuing education and providing our team members with opportunities to increase their skills and knowledge.

Our compensation package is best in the industry and for experienced Licensed Veterinary Technicians includes:

$25 an hour rate of pay.
4 10-hour workdays, only working every other Saturday and no Sundays.
100% paid health insurance for the team member
401K with employer match
Paid time off includes:
Two weeks annual PTO
11 holidays paid off when the clinic is closed.
The clinic closed between Christmas and New Year’s; this is additional paid time off.
Reimbursement for LVT licensing costs, Fear Free Training Costs, and memberships in approved associations.
Continuing education costs are reimbursed annually at $750 plus two paid days.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Licensed LVT with experience preferred.

Required Education Level : Associate's Degree
