Overview
Bocamidtowne Animal Hospital needs a veterinary Receptionist to work in a friendly, team oriented environment at our established , “small animal” veterinary practice in Boca Raton Fl.
Our hospital is open Mon- Fri.
A professional with face to face veterinary customer service experience and/or veterinary technician experience is a plus. Cornerstone software knowledge would be great but not necessary. Must be willing to learn and be trained. Computer literacy is a must.
You must love animals and be organized and meticulous with details.
Additionally, the candidate should be friendly, cheerful, outgoing, compassionate and respectful and have the ability to work as a team player.
The veterinary receptionists duties include, but are not limited to: multiple phone line management, greeting clients/ patients, scheduling appointments, checking clients in/out of hospital, and faxing/filing/scanning documents. You must be able to multi-task. Candidates must have Reliable transportation. Hourly salary.
