Weekend and evening shifts required as we are an after hours facility.
A day in the life of our Customer Service Representatives and Doctor’s Assistants:
* Meet, greet, and assist a variety of guests in urgent situations
* Handle inquiries and exceed expectations with outstanding service
* Listen and provide solutions for guests
* Balance flow of patients
* Maintain client records and tender payments
* Maintain the cleanliness of rooms and lobby
* Communicate respectfully with referring animal hospitals in our community
* Communicate with and support the Emergency Doctors and Technicians to ensure exceptional care is provided
* Educate clients on recommendations and treatment plans for their pets
* Work hard but have fun doing it
What will help you succeed?
* At least 1 year experience in veterinary hospital setting
* Self-driven accountability for learning
* Positive attitude
* Exceptional conflict resolution and communication skills
* Self-starter
