Overview
Animal Therapy Center in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Veterinary Technician to join our rehabilitation team. This position works closely with our rehabilitation veterinarian and therapy staff to support patients recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, improving mobility, maintaining strength and quality of life.
Responsibilities include assisting with rehabilitation treatments; Underwater treadmill, therapeutic exercise sessions, laser therapy, patient handling, medical documentation, client communication, maintaining a clean and safe treatment environment.
Qualifications:
- Current Pennsylvania CVT credential required
- Strong patient-handling and client-communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Veterinary rehabilitation experience or certification such as CCRP or CCRA, is preferred but not required
- Interest in learning canine rehabilitation is essential
