Overview
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the outpatient department while helping ensure exceptional patient care, smooth workflows, and strong team performance. You will serve as a key leader for the veterinary staff by providing coaching, managing scheduling challenges, resolving workflow issues, and collaborating closely with doctors and hospital leadership. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both clinical veterinary work and leading a team in a fast-paces hospital.
Compensation: $24.00 – $25.00/hourly, based on experience
