Job description

The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all services on fountain and cooler equipment within an assigned territory.  This role will lead a team of field service technicians, oversee service operations, and uphold the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The Field Service Supervisor will build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and address any service-related issues promptly effectively.

Supervise and lead a team of field service technicians

Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team members perform at their best and adhere to company standards

Monitor equipment performance and maintenance schedules to ensure optimal functionality and minimize down time

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Refrigeration / HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred.
Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
3+ years of refrigeration or HVAC experience preferred.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and service management software.
