Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Assistant to join our team remotely. This role suits individuals looking to gain professional experience while maintaining a flexible schedule. The successful candidate will accurately input, update, and maintain company data and records.

Work Schedule: Flexible hours (approximately 20 hours per week)

Compensation: $35.00 per hour (approximately $700 weekly)

Key Responsibilities:

– Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems

– Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive information

– Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct as needed

– Organize and maintain digital files and records

– Communicate with team members to ensure data consistency

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Prior data entry experience is an advantage but not required
