Overview
The Diesel/Heavy Equipment Mechanic is able to prevent, diagnose, and troubleshoot a variety of equipment issues and maintain our fleet so that the company can efficiently, successfully, and profitably complete assigned construction projects.
Fleet includes dump trucks, lowboy trailer, multiple tractors, excavators, dozers, loaders, pavers, slipform and aggregate crusher.
Prevent, diagnose, troubleshoot and repair equipment/fleet including:
- Preventative Maintenance
- Engines, diesel and gas
- Hydraulic systems
General knowledge of preventative maintenance practices on light/heavy equipment
