Overview

The Field Service Supervisor oversees equipment service operations within an assigned territory, providing leadership to a team of service technicians while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. This role partners with internal teams and external customers to address service needs, resolve issues, and deliver timely solutions that support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Lead, coach, and develop a high performing team of service technicians responsible for servicing Coca-Cola’s cold drink equipment.
Oversee daily service operations, including reactive and planned work orders, scheduling, and preventive maintenance activities.
Monitor equipment performance to maximize uptime, minimize service disruptions, and ensure maintenance standards are met.
Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement across all service activities.
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide hands-on support when required.
Manage service parts and supplies inventory levels to ensure readiness and operational efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including retail partners and foodservice establishments, to understand needs and address service-related issues promptly and effectively.
Track and analyze service performance metrics, reporting progress toward operational and strategic goals.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Refrigeration / HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred.
Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
3+ years of refrigeration or HVAC experience preferred.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and service management software.
