Overview

Our Veterinary Shift Leads are responsible for client communications in person and on the phone, checking in and out appointments, phlebotomy, catheter placement, cystocentesis, fine-needle aspirates, animal restraint, anesthesia monitoring, surgical prep, running treatments on our appointments and stellar patient care. Our ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and excellent customer care skills. You must also be thoughtful, friendly, curious, responsible, punctual, and have a strong desire to learn!

A courteous and efficient veterinary shift lead will coordinate and help manage office administration procedures. Responsibilities include ordering, inventory management, coordinating schedules, resolving conflicts among office staff members, training of staff members, and all other aspects which keeps the practice operating efficiently.

Top-notch technical skills!
Ability to arrive on-time and ready to work
Computer skills a must! We are a paperless practice!
Pays attention to detail and is a fast learner
Exceptional customer service skills and ability to communicate precisely
Interpret medical records and record client history accurately
Proficient in sample collection to include blood samples, urine, fecal, and skin
Proficient in positioning and capturing radiographs
Proficient in anesthesia preparation, monitoring

Required Education Level : High School Diploma or Equivalent
