Client Service Representative Opportunity!
We are seeking an experienced and caring Client Service Representative to join our specialized team! VCA Veterinary Specialists of Northern Colorado (VSNC) is an AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital providing specialty veterinary care in Loveland, Colorado for over twenty years.
At VSNC, we recognize the vital role that the Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for within our team. The CSR is most often the first touch-point that VSNC has with a client looking for care for their beloved family member and therefore the CSR is involved in the first part of providing the best care possible that VSNC strives to deliver.
Our CSR team provides the following services:
• Answering the telephones to assist clients with scheduling, prescription refills, and processing payments.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
•Assisting clients with the various payment options available (cash, check, credit card, care credit, scratch pay,) and facilitating processing of pet insurance when applicable.
• Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
• Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that the facility is neat and clean at all times—both inside and outside.
• Assisting with accounts receivable and outstanding invoices for services rendered

The pay range for this position is $14 to $17 based on experience. This position will require weekend hours.
